How We Fixed an Issue with a Letric XP for Our Customer

Tony originally ordered an Letric XP electric bike with us. He had been waiting patiently, but backorder with the manufacturer nearly doubled the shipping time. Then we got the worst news yet- due to an internal communication mix up, Tony’s order had been cancelled out of the blue.

Here a Ridepanda we know how important it is to get vehicles in the hands of our customers as soon as possible. Whether it’s for commuting, to do delivery work, or for leisure and exercise, we’re passionate about getting our customers the best vehicle for them and getting them moving! We work tirelessly with our brand partners to keep shipping times accurate and to expedite the process.

Yet, here we were. Tony had been waiting for nearly two months, and now we were back to square one. We’re not afraid to admit it when we make a mistake, and our goal is always to work with our customers to make it right.

Based on what Tony wanted, we recommended that he go with the CSC Fat Tire instead. A powerful bike for off-roading and trail riding. We rushed-ordered it and did everything we could to make sure it arrived at Tony’s doorstep within days.

Then, another snag- the bike arrived with several pieces missing and several that had broken in transit. Quality control is important to us- it’s why we are so selective about the brands that we carry, and why we ensure the best possible customer support.

We immediately got in the touch with the manufacturer to get replacement parts, and made sure Tony had everything he needed to assemble the bike.

We were so pleased with how the situation turned out- Tony was thrilled with his newly assembled bike. He was most excited to go out riding with his daughter.
